Speciality

Email invitation surveys
These fall into two broad categories. Firstly, there are those for which the client provides the sample, typically customers, enquirers, members, subscribers or employees. Secondly, there are those for which the client requires external sample, and with these we usually source it from one of the well-known access panels.

Website visitor surveys
We usually run these using an invitation box (like a popup) to recruit respondents, and can program these to appear only under certain conditions or to particular categories of visitor. However, we also have other methods of recruitment, such as email invitations which are sent to registered users when they log on.

Background

Richard 15 years experience in market research, working with GfK, ICI Paints and others.

His background is mainly in quantitative research, and he was an early adopter of online methods. He has developed a range of new online research applications, and lectures in online research on behalf of the MRS.

The majority of InternetMR's clients are MR agencies or consultants.
