Speciality

In terms of online surveys, we specialise particularly in those which are complex or bespoke, or require a high standard of visual design.

With regard to qualitative online research, whilst we are primarily a technology provider we do also help on recruitment and other areas.

Background

Richard has over 15 years experience in market research, working with GfK, ICI Paints and others.

His background is mainly in quantitative research, and he was an early adopter of online methods. He has developed a range of new online research applications, and lectures in online research on behalf of the MRS.

The majority of InternetMR's clients are MR agencies or consultants.
