Underpinning all my work is the desire to stretch the client's thinking and achieve a degree of insight, understanding and confidence they hadn't previously envisaged. This is achieved through insightful qualitative research, client empathy, fresh thinking and a large dose of infectious enthusiasm.

Background

With a BA in Theatre Studies and Dramatic Arts (Hons) and an MA in European Cultural Policy and Arts Adminstration (Distinction), I embarked on what is now a 14 year long career in arts marketing, branding and qualitative research.

An independent consultant since 1999, my professional goal is to raise the standard of qualitative practise within the arts and cultural sector through advocacy, leading by example and always striving to be better.

I am a member of the AMA (Arts Marketing Association), AQR and an Associate Member of the MRS.
