My services are based around what is most appropriate and cost effective. This is often a blend of qualitative and quantitative (where I would involve quant specialists) and may include:
- Proposals, reports and interpretive presentations
- Project construction and management (inc topic guides, questionnaires etc.)
- The moderation of groups and depths
- Workshop facilitation
Speciality
A broad background has given me experience in many areas. Major strengths are the public sector (the NHS, education and regional government) and business to business research
Background
Independent since 1995, I have considerable experience in both the public and private sectors. Whilst specialising in research, I've also held marketing and business development positions to director level. The resulting breadth of knowledge and insight is, I believe, reflected in my work.
Prior to going independent I worked for AGB and IFF on the agency side. On the client side I've held various positions within the NHS, Polycell, Loctite and Cross Paperware.
I'm a full member of both the Market Research Society and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
