I provide qualitative research and strategic consultancy, with particular emphasis on the development of new and established brands and the development of communications for brands.

Speciality

All brands, but particularly FMCG brands. I also have specialist experience in the development of advertising. As well as extensive experience of Public Sector communications.

Background

I have over twenty years experience in research and advertising. I trained initially as a qualitative researcher, moved into advertising and became, eventually, Global Planning Director of the eighth biggest advertising agency network in the world, working on brands for P&G and Mars, as well as doing work for the COI. Then seven years ago I set up my consultancy The Thinking Shop where I specialise in giving my clients strategic advice usually based on the original research I have conducted for them.
