15 years in market research, the last four operating as an independent consultant as C2C, working almost entirely for end clients rather than on subcontract work. Between 1989 and 2000 I was a director of Total Research which grew to a £9m leader in European b2b work in that time (now operating as HI Europe), with responsibilities for corporate marketing, key account handling and sales.
