Client-side and agency experience exclusively in financial services research.

Established FMC to conduct financial research for financial institutions – banks, building societies, life and general insurers, friendly societies, fund managers, IFA firms etc.

My strengths are:

1. New product development and product modification.

2. B2B research from micro-businesses up to Corporate and Institutional customers.

3. Researching products which are technically complex (e.g. international payment systems, treasury products, export guarantees, hedge funds, etc.)

Conduct focus groups, depth and phone interviews, unmoderated groups, and extended large-scale clinics with up to 50 respondents.

I am also a qualified psychotherapist, a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a qualified NLP Coach.
