Always wanted to know more about how to help teams generate new ideas? Come to our half-day ICG training session and our very own Caroline Päkel-Dunlop will show you tools and techniques to get there with confidence and success!

The session will comprise:

  • A brief review of the history of ‘brainstorming’
  • An exploration – with exercises – of what it takes to be and think creatively and innovatively
  • A discussion of why it is important to separate divergent and convergent thinking during the ideation process
  • The tools and techniques available for divergent thinking, including S.C.A.M.P.E.R., Forced Associations and Role playing/improvisational Games.
