Always wanted to know more about how to help teams generate new ideas? Come to our half-day ICG training session and our very own Caroline Päkel-Dunlop will show you tools and techniques to get there with confidence and success!

The session will comprise:

A brief review of the history of ‘brainstorming’

An exploration – with exercises – of what it takes to be and think creatively and innovatively

A discussion of why it is important to separate divergent and convergent thinking during the ideation process

The tools and techniques available for divergent thinking, including S.C.A.M.P.E.R., Forced Associations and Role playing/improvisational Games.
